Order Processing and Shipping

All orders are entered into our business system shortly after they are submitted. You will receive an email order confirmation once your order has been successfully accepted into our system.

If there is an issue that arises in relation to your order, it will not be accepted for normal processing. Instead, an IMI International customer services representative will contact you to discuss how you wish to proceed with your order.

All Shipments are subject to stock availability.  Also, please note that the lead-time quoted on the webstore refers to the time to ship your order. For delivery information on out of stock items please contact you local sales office under ‘Contact Us’.

Changes to Orders

Once your order has entered the processing cycle, we cannot accept changes. If you need to make a change, please have your sales order number ready when you contact our Customer Services helpline listed in the confirmation email or use the Feedback form to contact us.
